Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much are the puppies
The price for each puppy will vary on a number of factors. Coat color, gender, and availability can all affect the cost of the puppy. The best way to get the most accurate and current pricing is to contact us at 810-304-0904 or via social media.
  • When can I take my new family member home?
We know that once you meet your new furry family member you are going to want to take them home the same day. We keep the puppies until they have reached 8 weeks old and have had their first veterinarian visit and vaccinations. We do this for a few reasons. One we want to make sure your new family member is as healthy as can be. We also want to make sure that there are no ill side effects from the puppies first round of shots.
  • Do you remove the dew claws?
At My Golden Farms, we do not believe in altering these beautiful animals unless it is absolutely necessary. We understand that some people may fear the dew claws getting snagged or injured, however, our dogs run around the farm all day and never have an issue. Our stance, if they were meant to come off, they wouldn't be there to begin with.
  • Are all of your puppies AKC certified?
YES! Every litter here at My Golden Farms will have their AKC paperwork as well as a family bloodline available for you to view before your purchase.
  • Q: What is ENS and ESI training, and what benefits does it offer to puppies at My Golden Farms?
A: ENS, or Early Neurological Stimulation, and ESI, or Early Scent Introduction, are specialized training programs that we implement at My Golden Farms to give our puppies a strong start in life. ENS involves a series of gentle exercises performed on puppies from the third to the sixteenth day after birth. These exercises have been shown to improve cardiovascular health, develop stronger heartbeats, and produce better resistance to stress and disease. ESI, on the other hand, is designed to stimulate a puppy's sense of smell by exposing them to a variety of scents at an early age. This practice helps to enhance cognitive function, social development, and scent discrimination abilities, which are particularly beneficial for working dogs and pets alike. By incorporating ENS and ESI into our breeding practices, My Golden Farms ensures that our puppies grow into well-rounded, adaptable, and healthier dogs. This attention to early development sets our dogs apart and gives them a beneficial head start towards becoming exceptional companions or working partners.
